    No idea why it would. I do notice that every now and again my board likes to take messages from other areas and post them locally to mine. I then have to
    go into the base editor and reset the base since it's posted with tons of
    stuff it's not supposed to.

    This actually got mailed out across the network?

    That is just fantastic. I have no idea why it does it, but I think it had to
    do with the system spiking 100% CPU because of my FIDO node bouncing back and forth between Internet REX and Mystic to deliver mail packets. Since IREX
    hangs Mystic atm, I blocked him previously because of it, but then took him
    off after he switched back to Mystic. He went with IREX again, so I'm just gonna leave him perma-blocked as far as incoming goes. I still pick up
    packets from him hourly.

    But yeah, weird things were happening when it was spiking 100%. Not good.

    It was IREX connecting to my Mystic system via BINKP that was causing Mystic
    to spike to 100% CPU. Seems to be a known issue with Mystic 1.11

    Most likely. It's not a deal breaker, since it doesn't affect calls FROM my board to a node, just when they call in to deliver packets. badip.txt fixes
    it pretty good, but if he tries to actually telnet into my board he'll still get blocked.
