Hi! I tried it to use web server built in Mystic and never I could.
Can you explain it briefly here, please?
Mystic BBS software does have a built in web server. Depending on what
platform you are running (In my case WIN 10 32bit) it may fit your needs for hosting a simple website. First you need to create a directory off your main mystic directory called "webroot". Then you need to create two directories in "webroot" called "cfg and "www". Next go into Mystic Config and go to
"servers" and "configure servers". If you don't see and entry for HTTP server you will need to use the / key to insert a a new server and select HTTP. The
go to the the new entry and make it active (and enter IP information if needed). Escape out and Save when prompted. Now if you are running windows
you will need to do to things, first make sure your firewall has a rule to allow port 80, the goto to services and look for "World Wide Web Publishing Services" and stop it, then change it to manual start up. The last step is to make sure you have port 80 (or what ever port your using for your web site)forwarded on your router. If I have missed anything I am sure someone
will let me know.
