Replies to messages here on FSX_MYS seem to loose lines when changing status from local to local sent and then again to echo. Each status change seems
to drop at least the top line of the message. Bottom (tag) lines are OK.

Hmm, a reply to my last message sends to me! I guess that makes sense, now
    when I add a quote:

It looks fine, perhaps it takes really odd conditions to drop lines at the
top of the file? I know my reply to RV dropped lines at the top and it
started with a few lines quoted from RV to me (bcw142).

After looking at the full exchange from the original RV message through to
this one it's not loosing lines. It lost lines when I uploaded the mutil.ini file which likely sent some characters that effected the lines above it.
As warpslide notes I need to cut the comment lines out of it too ;)

Anyway false alarm on loosing lines. A few things cause issues with uploading messages, like / at the start of an upload line and the quote area causing
the lines to go off the end of the 79 regular characters, but we could edit that after the upload. Sorry about the false alarm, but without replying to test what's going on it looked like lines were being dropped from the top
of the files. These replies to myself show that not to be the cause, so it
was just sloppy editing after the upload of mutil.ini that likely made it look that way to me. That and I need to edit the files before I upload them to
make sure there are no / lines at the start of a line and other such stuff.
