  • Mystic Events not running.

    I used the event editor to setup scheduling msgs in/out and polling. I have it set to every hour, and also checking msg semaphore to send out right away. However, not a single event seems to be running at all. I looked through logs and the only polling I see happening is if I manually poll from the command line.

    I am running under linux if that makes a difference.

    I copied most of the setup from watching Avon's video, but events dont seem to be triggering at all. I even have restarted the mis daemon.

    Have replied to you via email but your shell line .... try ./mutil mailin.ini

    I have also sent you a few things to check regards semaphores :)

    Have replied to you via email but your shell line .... try ./mutil mailin.ini

    It was me not changing it from the default mutil without the ./ Once that was done, it seems like it is working great. Appreciate the help everyone. Things are coming along slowly. I feel like I'm building some back that I lost a long time ago when I gave up running a BBS when the Internet came along.

    Again appreciate the assistance. So far the Mystic community has been very helpful.

    You may have to kill the mis service and restart it after making these changes for them to activate.
