As far as I know, the only animated Bloom County which exists is the 30 minute special "A Wish For Wings That Work."

I remember a time right when I started with BBSes in the middle 80s where every fourth system in my area was somehow themed after Bloom County. Every time I encounter it, I think of those old boards.

Not sure how I feel about that. I mean it was way ahead of it's time to be sure. And any many ways we are clearly living in a world that is way to similar to it. But can you really do justice to a series that was that ahead of it's time? I just don't know if you can.

B5 was one of those series I really liked when it aired I recently rewatched it and I'm not sure if it's aged as well as say some of the old Star Trek series. Don't get me wrong, it is still way superior to some of the TV/Streaming shows today. I guess like most reboots, I would worry how well they get the feel/spirit of the original show while still doing their own thing.

I guess with both those reboots,we will just have to wait and see what happens. Hopefully they will not be bad.

At least with the B5 (wouldn't really call it a reboot) it is being done by it's original creator. And from what I've read and heard, he's doing something different but set in the same universe.
