The Amiga Demo Scene is alive and well all over the net. The easiest method
of checking out demos (for any system) is You Tube, search for something like Amiga Demos or c64 demos etc. The next for Amiga Demos is http://wab.com/
which is We Are Back, it's HTML5 & JavaScript website with demos and info.
The biggest party from this year I know of was Revision 2016. you'll find a
lot from there if your checking specific parties. Here's some links to look info:

Also there are now emulators for Raspberry Pi for Amiga! The first Pi
emulator was for c64 by the way ;) Just some Amiga News I thought I'd share.

Indeed, it is. Half of the time I spend on my Amiga 2000 '020 is watching scenedemos. And it's not just AGA demos that are still coming for the Amiga
-- there are OCS/ECS demos, as well. Amazing to see what the old hardware can do.

I wanted to chime in, as I keep an eye on http://pouet.net, watching the chronological listings of new demos -- best way I've found. Twitter
(following the right folk) and YT are also good sources, the latter you mentioned.

I have a well-expanded Amiga 1000, Amiga 2000 '020, and a SAM440ep-Flex ("SAMiga" PPC-based machine that can run AmigaOS 4). I've had and sold two A1200s in the past decade, and may end up with another. I've always had some issues with the stability of the A1200 w/ '060 accelerators. If I got back A1200, I will likely use one of the new 50MHz '030s.
