When it comes to TSCM equipment there is one definite leader of the pack, its address is https;//reiusa.net. The product is called the Andre Advanced Kit. It can do pretty much whatever you can imagine for a bug detecetor. Personally, however, I prefer the model that has been taken out of production called the CPM-700 Deluxe. The CPM can go up to 12 GHz while their newer model, the ANDRE can only go up to 6 GHz. Both of these kits will run you several thousand dollars. If you want something cheap that works really
well, also discontinued however, is the Zap Checker ZC-300. I bought the ZC-300 for around $700 USD and it is very highly receptive using an alalog meter and can detect signals up into the 8 GHz bands. You can find the Zap Checkers available on eBay sometimes. If you buy anything other than the ones recommended here I don't think it'd be worth your money, with the exception
of the OSCAR series of detectors.

An old friend of mine thought that he was being bugged and wanted to find out how to detect a bug in the scenario that he was being spooked. The problem
was that all the gear was either too expensive or of poor quality. If you
can find a ZapChecker out there, that will solve your problem.
