I just think it's funny that people that are aware of MK Ultra, and the CIA's influence in media around the time of Vietnam (and how they used it to crush the peace uprisings), can honestly think that they would ever 'close' a good program for herd mentality control. Seriously, the only time they 'close' something that works is after the population has found out about it, they've come close to perfecting it, and they can move it securely to the black programs list where they can deny that they're using it outside of their charter guidelines. :P
